Morse Electronics SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Retail Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our electronics brand.

You will engage customers, demonstrate product features, manage inventory, and process payments while maintaining store standards. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role.
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to quickly learn product features and functionalities.
• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our products to customers.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and adheres to company standards.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
