Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Promoter in Penang to actively promote and demonstrate consumer electronic products on the shop floor. You will deliver expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions while achieving monthly sales targets.

Join a busy retail environment where you will maintain attractive displays, handle POS transactions, and stay updated on promotions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles.
Ability to learn product specs quickly and explain them clearly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, proactive and customer-oriented.
Willingness to work on weekends/public holidays.

Responsabilités

Promote and demonstrate consumer electronics to customers on the shop floor.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to help customers purchase decisions.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Conduct product training sessions for customers about features and usage.
Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Stay up-to-date with latest product releases, promotions and pricing.
