Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or related roles.
Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG, retail, distribution is a plus.
Strong commercial sense with a drive to hit targets and results.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and develop strong business partnerships across territories and channels.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, channels, and markets.
Negotiate pricing, promotions, trade terms, and commercial agreements with partners.
Manage and grow assigned accounts, dealers, distributors, retailers, and other partners.
Track KPIs, sales forecasts, and performance; prepare market updates for management.
Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Service teams to support initiatives.
Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, product launches, and customer events as needed.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions at the ground level.
