Job summary

ANTMED MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced electrical technician/engineer to interpret schematics, install, maintain and repair equipment in a manufacturing setting.

You will apply safety guidelines and industry standards, conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns. Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or above) and PW4/Energy Commission certification is a plus, with at least five years in manufacturing and familiarity with injection

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or above.
• PW4 / Suruhanjaya Tenaga certification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with maintenance and repair of production equipment and electrical room operations.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and drawings.
• Perform electrical installations, maintenance and repairs following safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Assist with project setup, materials handling and other technical tasks as required.
• Ensure compliance with Energy Commission and other authorities.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Complete documentation and inspection records for each project.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as set out by the Energy Commission and other relevant authorities.

Follow all safety procedures, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Complete necessary documentation and inspection records for each project.

Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualification & Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering or above.

Professional certification in electrical systems – PW4 / registered with the Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga) will be an added advantage.

5 years of work experience in manufacturing environment.

Familiar with maintenance and repair of injection molding machines, air compressors, air conditioning systems, and other production equipment.

Familiar with electrical room principles and operations.
