Job summary

EcoCeres Limited in Malaysia is seeking an Electrical Executive/Engineer to support safe, reliable operation of plant electrical systems. You will provide technical support for maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, projects, and shutdown activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

The role covers power distribution, transformers, HV/LV switchgear, MCCs, motors, VSDs, protection relays, UPS, earthing, and power monitoring.

Qualifications

5+ years in electrical maintenance/engineering in industrial plants.
Experience with electrical distribution, switchgear, and drives.
Knowledge of safety systems and LOTO/PTW procedures.

Responsibilities

Act as technical focal point for electrical systems in the plant area.
Support maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and reinstatement of equipment.
Collaborate with Asset Management to improve equipment reliability and reduce recurrent failures.
Support projects, plant modifications, MOC, and improvement initiatives.
Provide input for TAR activities and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Maintain safety and efficient electrical operations, aligned with E&I procedures.
