Job summary

Grafik Nuri Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based construction and engineering company, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor for high-rise projects. You will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with drawings and project requirements, and coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, AutoCAD proficiency, and ability to lead site activities across Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical works or site supervision, ideally within high-rise construction projects.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and confidence in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction site practices.
• Able to lead site activities effectively and communicate clearly with different project stakeholders.
• Willing to work at project sites across Klang Valley / Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision: Oversee and coordinate electrical installation works for high-rise building projects on site
• Project compliance: Ensure all electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Team coordination: Work closely with project engineers, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal site teams to keep activities aligned
• Progress monitoring: Track daily work progress and help ensure works are completed according to the project schedule
• Quality and safety control: Conduct inspections to maintain workmanship quality and ensure compliance with site safety regulations
• Technical problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, technical, and site-related issues as they arise
• Documentation and reporting: Prepare RFIs before work proceeds, review electrical drawings in AutoCAD, and provide daily progress updates to management via WhatsApp group
