Job summary

Maukerja Malaysia is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for a high-rise project in Klang Valley/KL. You will oversee electrical installations, ensure compliance with drawings and specs, and coordinate with engineers and contractors on site.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or certificate in electrical engineering with at least five years of supervisory experience, strong AutoCAD skills, and a proven ability to read technical drawings and lead teams safely.

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical works or supervision on high-rise projects.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

Electrical Site Supervisor (High-Rise Project)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical works for high-rise construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure all electrical installations are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works for high-rise building projects.

Ensure all electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Coordinate with project engineer, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal site teams.

Monitor work progress to ensure timely completion according to project schedule.

Conduct inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and site-related electrical issues.

Preparing document RFI (Request for Inspection) before proceed work.

Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status in WhatsApp group.

Review and interpret electrical drawings using AutoCAD.

Requirements

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in electrical works or supervision in high-rise construction projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read technical drawings.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction site practices.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Willing to work at project site area Klang valley/KL

Salary & Benefits

Salary range: RM3,500 – RM4,500 (depending on experience and qualifications)
