Job summary

Leng Aik Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for on-site work in Johor Bahru. You will oversee daily electrical installation activities in a precast yard, read conduit layouts, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

You will coordinate with production and site teams to resolve issues, monitor progress, and maintain quality of installations. A Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of construction experience

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, conduit layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills with experience managing site workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements, quality standards, and construction practices in precast or building projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
