Ltd. The role involves supervising daily electrical installation works at the precast concrete yard, interpreting conduit layouts, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with drawings and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, conduit layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements and construction practices in precast or building projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily electrical installation works at the precast concrete yard per approved layout plans and specifications.
• Understand and interpret electrical conduit layouts, concealed conduit arrangements, and power distribution requirements.
• Monitor progress of electrical installation works to ensure timely completion and uninterrupted production.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and accuracy of electrical installations.
• Coordinate with production and site teams to resolve electrical installation issues and minimise production disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and safe work practices at all times.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to ensure smooth daily operations.
