Job summary

Leng Aik Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for on-site work in Johor Bahru. You will oversee daily electrical installation activities in a precast yard, read conduit layouts, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.

You will coordinate with production and site teams to resolve issues, monitor progress, and maintain quality of installations. A Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of construction experience

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Able to read and interpret electrical drawings, conduit layouts, and technical specifications.
• Strong supervisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills with experience managing site workers and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of electrical safety requirements, quality standards, and construction practices in precast or building projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee daily electrical installation works at the precast concrete yard in accordance with approved layout plans and specifications.
• Understand and interpret electrical conduit layouts, concealed conduit arrangements, and power distribution requirements.
• Monitor the progress of electrical installation works to ensure timely completion and uninterrupted precast production.
• Ensure all electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of electrical installations.
• Coordinate with the production and site teams to resolve electrical installation issues and minimize disruptions to production.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and safe work practices at all times.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
