Job summary

Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Electrical/Mechatronics engineer to maintain and troubleshoot the production line, plan and carry out equipment activities, and drive TBM/CBM improvements. Based at Klang, Selangor, the role collaborates with planners, production and technicians to minimize downtime.

• Min 3 years of electrical engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Maintain & troubleshoot any technical problem in production line.

Must be handles & follow up on machines

Work hand in hand with planner, production and technician to plan/carry out equipment related activities without any delaying (TBM, CBM & Improvement).

Responsible in manufacturing new equipment standardization, setup, training (working instruction), sourcing new technology in market.

Responsible for new machine and new process startup.

Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.

Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and processes to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with existing processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on the manufacturing floor to minimize downtime and maintain production targets

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering to recommend innovative solutions for process improvement

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Computer literacy is required, knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent understanding of mechanical systems / electrical system.
