Qualifications

• Knowledge of 415V three-phase electrical troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Direct-On-Line (DOL) and Star-Delta motor starters.
• Knowledge of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and sensor loop diagnostics.
• Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot 415V three-phase electrical systems, motor starters, control circuits, and industrial motors.
• Diagnose faults involving VFDs, PLC systems, and sensors.
• Carry out scheduled parts replacement and corrective maintenance.
• Support equipment breakdown troubleshooting and recovery.
• Perform electrical measurements, insulation resistance testing, thermal scanning, and vibration testing as directed.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintenance documentation.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and workshop equipment.
• Follow Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and workplace safety procedures.

We are hiring skilled Electrical Maintenance Technicians to carry out inspection, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and breakdown recovery activities involving industrial electrical and automation systems.

The role involves hands-on maintenance of industrial motor drives, PLC systems, electrical control panels, motors, and associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance of industrial electrical equipment.

Troubleshoot 415V three-phase electrical systems, motor starters, control circuits, and industrial motors.

Diagnose faults involving Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), PLC systems, and sensors.

Carry out scheduled parts replacement and corrective maintenance.
