Qualifications

• Diploma or DKM Level 4 in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, and motor drives.
• Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for automation and conveyors.
• Experience with Megger insulation testing.
• Knowledge of CMMS and machine overhaul management.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical maintenance personnel during assigned shifts.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults involving industrial motor drives, PLC systems, motors, and electrical control systems.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead breakdown troubleshooting and equipment recovery.
• Conduct and verify electrical inspections, including insulation resistance testing, thermal scanning, vibration testing, and voltage/current measurements.
• Review and verify inspection reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with site operations personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job supervision to maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and workplace safety requirements.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to lead electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown recovery activities involving industrial motor drives, PLC systems, and crane electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise electrical maintenance personnel during assigned shifts.

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults involving industrial motor drives, PLC systems, motors, and electrical control systems.

Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Lead breakdown troubleshooting and equipment recovery.

Conduct and verify electrical inspections, including insulation resistance testing, thermal scanning, vibration testing, and voltage/current measurements.

Review and verify inspection reports and maintenance documentation.

Coordinate maintenance activities with site operations personnel.

Provide technical guidance and on-the-job supervision to maintenance technicians.
