Alton Intelligent Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced EHS Supervisor to establish and optimize the company’s EHS system in Malaysia.

The base in Malaysia has established a comprehensive complex of six full-featured factories. These factories integrate motor assembly, sheet metal processing, injection moulding, general assembly lines, and automated intelligent warehousing.
In addition to the core production and storage areas, it also carefully designed a five-story modern office building, two three-story canteens and activity centers full of life, and four five-story dormitory buildings.
Candidates with strong qualifications and relevant EHS experience may be considered for an EHS Supervisor position.
Establish, implement, and continuously improve the company’s EHS management system to ensure compliance with Malaysian laws, regulations, and customer requirements.
Liaise with relevant authorities including DOSH, DOE, and BOMBA, and handle inspections, audits, and follow‑up corrective actions.
Organize and conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC), carry out regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification, and ensure corrective actions are effectively closed.
Plan and conduct safety induction training, on-the-job safety training, and specialized operation training, enhancing safety awareness and compliance among local and foreign employees.
Lead the investigation, analysis, and reporting of occupational accidents, near‑miss incidents, and environmental incidents; develop and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and report incidents to relevant authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
Ensure compliance in the management of hazardous chemicals, scheduled waste, wastewater, air emissions, and noise, and oversee PPE usage, occupational health monitoring, and related records.
Responsible for work allocation, daily management, training, and development planning of the EHS team.
Bachelor's degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related disciplines is preferred.
At least 5 years of EHS experience in the manufacturing industry, with solid hands‑on experience in factory safety management, production equipment, and operational risks, including EHS team management experience.
Familiar with DOSH / DOE / BOMBA regulations, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strong capability in incident investigation, risk assessment, corrective action implementation, as well as documentation and reporting.
Able to communicate effectively in English; Chinese language ability and the ability to communicate with colleagues from China will be an added advantage.
Strong sense of responsibility, high execution capability, able to work independently on‑site under pressure, with good professional ethics and safety awareness.
Required to hold a valid DOSH‑issued Green Book (Safety and Health Officer).
