Quaker Houghton in Malaysia seeks a seasoned Safety & Health Officer to lead EHS initiatives across our manufacturing sites. You will promote a positive safety culture, advise management on regulatory matters and drive risk reduction through systematic assessments.

The role requires DOSH/JKKP SHO registration, a green book, and a diploma or bachelor’s degree in OSH or related fields. You will manage inspections, incident investigations, training, emergency preparedness and health programs.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in occupational safety & health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian occupational safety and health legislation.

• Promote and drive a positive safety culture across the organization.
• Advise management on occupational safety and health matters.
• Lead safety initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Investigate accidents, dangerous occurrences, near misses, and occupational illnesses.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits, manage corrective actions.
