Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Safety & Compliance professional to review RA/MOS, develop and maintain safety procedures for warehouse and project operations, and lead incident investigations. You will ensure regulatory compliance, prepare CAPA reports, and support ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and SS620 audits while coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Applicants should have a Diploma/Degree in OSH or related field, with experience in EHS, safety or logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related field is required.
• Proven knowledge of risk assessment, SOPs, incident investigation and safety documentation.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and relocation as required.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare and maintain Risk Assessments (RA) and Method Statements (MOS).
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs comply with local regulations and standards.
• Review and update safety procedures for warehouse and project operations.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
• Lead investigations for workplace incidents, near misses and unsafe practices.
• Prepare incident reports, root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Maintain safety and audit documentation for customer and internal requirements.
• Support ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and SS620 audit activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and customers on safety-related matters.
• Translate safety policies and documentation into English, Chinese and Malay when required.
• Support ad-hoc operational and safety projects.
• Travel to data centre sites in Malaysia, and Singapore when required.

Job description

Location: Dato’ Onn, Taman Eco, Johor Bahru

Relocation: Required to Kulai/JPO upon company relocation, Nov Onwards

Salary: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering or related field

Relevant experience in EHS, safety, warehouse, logistics or project operations

Familiar with Risk Assessment, SOP, incident investigation and safety documentation

Knowledge of ISO 45001 and workplace safety requirements

Experience with customer audits is an advantage

Good communication and documentation skills

Willing to travel for site visits when required

Willing to relocate to Kulai/JPO upon company relocation
