People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an EHS professional to manage and continuously improve the EHS Management System in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead risk assessments, and coordinate health surveillance and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field and at least 2 years in OSH, with CHRA/HAZMAT experience and possible SHO advantage. Leadership of an Emergency Response Team is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field.
• 2+ years OSH experience including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Experience with CHRA and HAZMAT.
• Emergency Response Team leadership or Emergency Commander experience.
• SHO certification is an added advantage.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct HIRARC, risk assessments, workplace inspections; track corrective actions.

• Plan annual EHS training and competency development programs.
• Support safety initiatives and emergency response improvements.

Manage and continuously improve the EHS Management System in accordance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable local regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE, and other relevant statutory requirements.

Conduct HIRARC, risk assessments, workplace inspections, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate CHRA, occupational health surveillance, and medical examination programs.

Develop and maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports, as well as coordinate internal and external audits.

Plan and conduct annual EHS training and competency development programs.

Support environmental, occupational safety, and health initiatives to promote a safe and compliant workplace.

Take an active role in emergency response and workplace safety improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational safety and health (OSH) related work, with experience managing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

Proven experience in First Aid, Fire Safety, and Chemical Handling, including CHRA and HAZMAT.

Experience leading an Emergency Response Team (ERT) or acting as an Emergency Commander.

Certified Safety and Health Officer (SHO) is an added advantage.

ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
