Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is seeking an EHS professional to manage and continuously improve the EHS Management System in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will ensure regulatory compliance, lead risk assessments, and coordinate health surveillance and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field and at least 2 years in OSH, with CHRA/HAZMAT experience and possible SHO advantage. Leadership of an Emergency Response Team is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OSH or related field.
• 2+ years OSH experience including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Experience with CHRA and HAZMAT.
• Emergency Response Team leadership or Emergency Commander experience.
• SHO certification is an added advantage.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the EHS Management System per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, DOE and applicable regulations.
• Conduct HIRARC, risk assessments, workplace inspections; track corrective actions.
• Coordinate CHRA, health surveillance, and medical exams.
• Develop EHS documentation, records, and audit coordination.
• Plan annual EHS training and competency development programs.
• Support safety initiatives and emergency response improvements.
