Celestica in Malaysia is seeking an EHS Safety & Health Officer to lead and maintain workplace safety, health, environmental, and energy systems at its Johor Bahru facility. The role ensures strict compliance with OSHA Malaysia, FMA, and RBA Code of Conduct, while coordinating with DOSH and DOE for regulatory audits.

Responsibilities include managing CePSWaM, ISO 14001/45001/50001 internal audits, and driving energy reduction initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, or related science.
• Registered SHO with valid DOSH Green Book.
• CePSWaM competency certified by EiMAS / DOE Malaysia.
• Internal Auditor for ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001.
• Formal RBA Lead Auditor or Awareness training certification is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, audit, and maintain EHS, energy, and environmental management systems at the facility.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA Malaysia, FMA, and the RBA Code of Conduct.
• Lead scheduled waste management and Electronic Scheduled Waste Information System (eSWIS) logging with DOE-licensed partners.
• Lead internal audits for ISO 14001/45001/50001 and coordinate external certs.
• Drive energy reduction and sustainability programs to meet ISO 50001 targets.
• Develop HIRARC and CHRA assessments for heavy fabrication operations.
• Manage PTW system for high-risk operations and control measures.
