Job summary

You will drive safety culture, lead audits, and coordinate training, reporting, and regulatory interactions. A suitable engineering or science background with 6–8 years in EHS is expected.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of EHS regulations (OSHA, environment).
• Ability to develop and manage EHS programs with regulatory alignment.
• Experience leading and mentoring EHS professionals.
• Strong project planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with reporting, audits, and training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to site staff on EHS matters and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Prepare site EHS reports and regulatory statistics.
• Maintain ISO14001/OSHAS 18001/ISO 45001 certifications.
• Develop and deliver training programs to meet requirements.
• Lead Emergency Response and spill response planning.
• Coordinate permit-to-work and job safety analyses.
• Conduct and lead EHS audits with corrective actions.
• Interface with regulators and ensure timely reporting.
