TTL Group is seeking a responsible Store Assistant in Malaysia to support daily store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment. You will help maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with workshop and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Responsibilities include managing stock reception, storage and issuance, performing regular stock checks, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment.

Formación

• 2–3 years storekeeping or inventory experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel.
• Must be responsible, honest, organised, and able to work independently.
• Male candidates preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the receiving, storage, and issuing of stock, spare parts, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the inventory system or Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor stock movements and equipment sent for servicing or repairs.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and safe always.
