Job summary

Kwantas Corporation Berhad is seeking a Warehouse/Store Assistant in Sabah to support daily operations of the Parts and Store Department. You will receive, check, and organize truck spare parts, label and store items for easy access, and assist in issuing parts to workshop technicians.

You will help with stock counts, inventory updates, and arranging deliveries or pickups for documents and parts. A valid driving license and at least SPM are required, with relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in store, warehouse, or dispatch is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of automotive or truck spare parts is preferred but not required.
• Possess a valid driving license (Class D / B2).

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the Parts and Store Department.
• Receive, check, and organize truck spare parts and materials in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and arrangement of parts for easy identification.
• Assist in issuing spare parts to workshop technicians and record stock movement.
• Support stock counting, inventory checks, and stock updates.
• Deliver and collect documents, spare parts, and items to suppliers, customers, banks, or other locations as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading spare parts deliveries when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the store area.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Parts Supervisor or Management.
