Job summary

TTL Sales & Rental is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage stock, spare parts and tools. You will maintain inventory using Excel, track movements, and ensure accurate records. The role involves weekly counts, labeling, and maintaining a safe store environment.

You'll work Monday to Saturday at HQ Seri Kembangan, with exposure to machinery parts and equipment. Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years in warehouses and basic computing skills who are meticulous and independent.

Qualifications

• Valid B2 motorcycle driving licence.
• Minimum SPM, SKM or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, inventory control or stock management is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Good organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to perform hands-on store and warehouse duties.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday at HQ, Seri Kembangan.
• Experience handling machinery spare parts, tools or equipment is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle the receiving, checking, storage and issuing of stock, spare parts, tools and machinery equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory system and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor stock movements, stock levels and inventory transactions to ensure proper stock control.
• Track equipment and machinery sent for servicing, maintenance or repairs, and update the relevant records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and physical inventory checks to identify discrepancies.
• Report stock shortages, damaged items and inventory discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure all stock and equipment are properly labelled, stored and arranged for easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and safety of the store and warehouse area.
• Assist with stock documentation, delivery orders, goods received notes and other store-related administrative tasks.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements for storekeeping and inventory control.
