Job summary

Penang Skills Development Centre seeks a results-driven Business Development Executive to build partnerships with SMEs and member companies while promoting PSDC’s corporate training programs. You will lead customer relationship management, generate leads at forums and events, and position PSDC’s technical capabilities to drive sales and margin growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic partnerships with SMEs and member companies.
Execute effective customer relationship management and sales strategies.
Promote, market, and sell PSDC’s corporate training programs and technical solutions.
Position PSDC’s core technical capabilities to drive sales and margin growth.
Build strong networks with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Participate in forums, conferences, and industry events to generate leads.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings.
