Raffles Iskandar Sdn Bhd, through Raffles University, seeks an Education Consultant to advise prospective students on modules and admissions, and to actively support marketing events such as school fairs and campus workshops. The role involves handling walk-in, call-in and email enquiries, generating potential leads from campaigns, and guiding them through the sign-up process.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales, counseling, marketing, or related roles.
• Excellent sales process knowledge and ability to guide prospective students.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students and parents.
• Proficiency with computer software, especially Microsoft Office.
• Own transport and a valid driving license.
• Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.

Job description

To provide advice, guidance and information on program modules, admissions requirements and related issues to prospective students on courses offered by Raffles University.

To assist in marketing events i.e. school fair, campus workshop, education fair, networking session & etc.

Attend walk-in, call-in and email enquiries, and generate potential leads which are collected from marketing events, social media and digital marketing campaigns and provide follow up sales process to convert into sign up.

Requirements

Possess excellent and effective sales process knowledge.

A willingness to work under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets.

Minimum two (2) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in counseling, marketing and promotions, OR any organization with involvement in sales with excellent track records.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.

Knowledge and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft software applications.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Possess own transport and valid driving license.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves engaging with Mandarin-speaking potential customers.
