Job summary

Mont Royale International College in Selangor is seeking a Manager, Student Recruitment and Business Development (Local) to drive enrolments and expand the local market presence from our Ara Damansara campus. This full-time role entails developing recruitment strategies and nurturing relationships with schools, agents and stakeholders.

You will lead school visits, events and campaigns, manage the recruitment funnel from inquiry to enrolment, and collaborate with admissions to align messaging

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in student recruitment, business development or related roles within education.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive recruitment campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns for the local market to achieve enrolment targets.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with secondary schools, educational agents, and other stakeholders in Selangor.
• Conduct school visits, education fairs and promotional events to raise awareness of programmes.
• Manage recruitment funnel from inquiry to enrolment with a positive candidate experience.
• Identify market trends and opportunities for business development in the local education sector.
• Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to align messaging with offerings and values.
• Deliver presentations to prospective students and parents about programmes and campus facilities.
• Track recruitment metrics and KPIs to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
• Develop partnerships with local organisations to enhance market penetration and brand visibility.
• Support recruitment marketing materials and digital content for local audiences.
