Job summary

CPro Solutions Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a skilled ICT technician to install, configure, maintain and support EDC terminals and payment infrastructure across merchant sites. You will diagnose hardware, network and software issues, perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, monitor terminal health, and coordinate with banks, service providers and vendors to keep systems secure and available.

Preferred candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in IT or electronics, with experience in EDC/POS,

Qualifications

Experience with EDC/POS and payment systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in hardware installation and network configurations.
Ability to travel for on-site deployments.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, deploy, test and maintain EDC terminals at merchant sites.
Troubleshoot on-site and remote terminal hardware, software, network and transaction issues.
Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems (Wi-Fi, SIM) and other channels.
Coordinate with banks, providers and vendors to resolve incidents.
Maintain records of deployments, incidents and maintenance activities.
