Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable e-commerce operations professional to manage daily activities across Shopee, Lazada, and other marketplaces. You will optimize product listings, plan campaigns, monitor sales, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, Product and Operations teams.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in e-commerce, business or related field, 1-2 years in marketplace management, and a proactive, analytical mindset to drive growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace management is preferred.
• Knowledge of pricing, promotions and marketplace strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce marketplaces and online sales channels
• Create, maintain and optimize product listings, including pricing, descriptions, images and promotional information
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers and discounts to drive sales
• Monitor sales performance, product availability, pricing and marketplace trends
• Analyze sales and customer data to identify opportunities for business growth
• Conduct competitor and market research to support pricing and promotional strategies
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, Product and Operations teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations
• Monitor and resolve marketplace-related issues, including product listings, orders, customer feedback and platform requirements
• Ensure all products, promotions and listings comply with marketplace policies
• Assist with new product launches and expansion of product offerings
