Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives and client accounts across multiple e-commerce platforms. You will analyze performance metrics, execute marketing strategies, and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and operational excellence.

The role requires familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and store presentation.

• Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Marketing/E-Commerce/Mass Communication or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces and online channels.
• Analyze campaign and sales performance using metrics (ROI, CTR, conversion) and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies, including campaign planning, pricing, and bundles.
• Oversee setup, optimization, and day-to-day management of client accounts across marketplaces and social media.
• Collect client data and metrics for in-depth analysis to optimize product and store presentation.
• Conduct regular meetings and provide updates to clients on account sales performance.
• Address complaints to ensure client satisfaction and identify optimal solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
