Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an E-commerce Executive to manage our online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and more. You will create and optimize product listings, monitor orders, promotions, inventory, and customer feedback, and work with warehouse and customer service to drive sales.

Based in Kuantan, Malaysia, this role offers hands-on experience in a fast-moving online retail environment with opportunities to grow skills across platforms and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce stores.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, photos, prices, and specifications.
• Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.
• Manage online promotions, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and campaigns.
• Participate in platform campaigns and promotional events.
• Monitor daily orders, sales, revenue, product performance, and inventory.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, enquiries, and feedback.
• Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve store performance.
• Support livestream sales and promotional campaigns when required.
• Ensure the online store is attractive, updated, and easy for customers to navigate.
• Perform other e-commerce-related duties assigned by management.
