Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive E-commerce Operations Assistant to support sales and marketing across Shopee, Lazada, and other platforms. You will manage product listings, updates, inventory, pricing, and customer enquiries, ensuring accurate information across all channels.

The role also involves order processing, packaging, courier coordination, and timely fulfilment, plus monitoring store performance and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia for supplier communication.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and marketing across Shopee, Lazada and other e-commerce platforms.
• Assist daily online store operations: product listings, content updates, inventory, pricing, and customer enquiries.
• Upload and maintain accurate product information across all online channels.
• Assist with order processing, product packaging and courier arrangements for timely fulfilment.
• Monitor online sales, store traffic and campaign performance; prepare internal reports.
• Support customer service by responding to enquiries and coordinating order-related matters.
• Create short-form videos using AI tools, product shoots and basic video editing.
• Experience with AI content creation or product listings is an added advantage.
