Job summary

Brooks Automation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Program Manager for our Johor Bahru facility.

You will coordinate and manage programs and projects across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets in our new factory. The role requires 5–7 years in program management within semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing, with strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in Program/Project management in semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO standards, Lean practices, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational planning for new transfers and customer orders.
• Coordinate programs and project schedules from initiation to completion.
• Drive schedule adherence and resolve blockers to meet timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain to ensure readiness and execution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost control, and quality.
