Hyred is seeking a Project Support Executive in Kuala Lumpur to assist with day-to-day organisation and delivery of client engagements. This early-career role offers exposure to project coordination, client services, research and delivery.

You will help maintain schedules, track actions, prepare materials and ensure information is captured and followed through accurately. As your experience grows, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility across project delivery and client

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in coordination or operations.
• Experience in client services or project-based roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Familiarity with CRM or project-management tools like Asana or Monday.com is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Project Coordination: Maintain trackers, action items, timelines and status updates.
• Delivery Support: Prepare client-ready presentations, trackers and summaries.
• Systems & Administration: Maintain CRM records, shared trackers and project files.
• Support vendor or supplier coordination where required.
• Take on additional project-delivery tasks as experience grows.
