Qualifications

• BSc/BEng in appropriate engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
• Chartered Eng status or professional equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety issues and legislation.
• Experience with building services and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Run major projects and lead design and coordination of mechanical services.
• Prepare feasibility studies and fee bids.
• Provide management reports and maintain client liaison.
• Develop control systems and operating sequences for building services.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Lead engineering services coordination across disciplines.
