Job summary

Adecco Staffing Recruitment is seeking an E-Ops Inventory Management Executive in Malaysia. You will ensure stock accuracy across SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA, OMS and WMS, with daily to monthly reconciliations and month-end support.

You will coordinate with marketplaces and fulfillment partners, manage returns and claims, and maintain traceability to prevent discrepancies, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong inventory control and reconciliation knowledge.
• Good analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience working with OMS, WMS, e-commerce marketplaces, and warehouse operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock accuracy between SAP, OMS (Order Management System), and WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies before month-end closing
• Ensure inventory is updated accurately across marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
• Manage stock reconciliation with third-party platforms and fulfillment partners
• Track inbound inventory movement and maintain inventory traceability
• Handle customer returns process including quality checks and stock disposition decisions
• Manage inventory claims related to shortages, damages, lost items, theft, and platform penalties
