Job summary

Shangri-la Group is seeking a digital learning content developer to create accurate, engaging and professional learning products across regions related to customer service and hotel reservations. You will produce high-quality learning content aligned with Shangri-la brand guidelines, combining creative and technical skills in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.

The role requires mastery of Articulate 360 and Rise 360, plus strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience in digital/media or graphics.
• 2+ years of experience in a digital/media or graphics role.
• Strong written and spoken English with attention to detail.
• Creative with ability to work to Shangri-La brand/style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or curate educational content across formats (2D assets, animation, infographics).
• Collaborate with designers to translate complex instructional notes into engaging training products.
• Edit and combine voiceover content and audio tasks.
• Test solutions and iterate to ensure fit for purpose.
