Job summary

Konnet International Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Puchong New Village is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations for both e-commerce and offline retail activities. You will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, and related admin tasks to ensure accurate storage and timely dispatch.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, or inventory systems).
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia to communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Independent and reliable with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform picking and packing of goods based on online and offline orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure correct quantity, type, and condition before storing them in designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock checks and movements, including returns.
• Manage and organize goods returns and update inventory records accordingly.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and proper storage of inventory, marketing materials, and operational items.
• Organize marketing and offline materials and assist with exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to maintain inventory records, prepare reports, and perform related admin tasks.
• Assist the office team with warehouse-related requirements and operational support as needed.
• Coordinate and manage purchasing of warehouse supplies to ensure sufficient stock for daily operations.
