Job summary

BEIXIA, an fast-growing e-commerce company operating across Malaysia, China and Vietnam, is seeking a Warehouse Staff to support our warehouse operations. You will handle orders, stock reception, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues, while maintaining accuracy in fast-paced environments.

The role requires basic computer skills, good communication, and the ability to work immediately. Prior warehouse or customer service experience is a plus, with English as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, customer service, or after-sales is a plus.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Cina & Malayu; English is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and after-sales requests.
• Prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve order and customer issues.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned.

We are fast-growing E-Commerce company specializing in TikTok and Shopee. Our Business operates across Malaysia, China, and Vietnam, serving multiple markets with innovative products. Our products include women's bag, beauty and lifestyle products, home living products, customized phone cases, artificial plants, and more. With our mature e-commerce system, we are not limited to specific product categories. We continuously introduce new products to meet market trends and customer needs. Therefore, we are looking for a responsible, reliable, and capable Warehouse Staff member to join our growing team.

Perform basic e-commerce warehouse operations.

Handle product returns, exchanges, and after sales requests.

Prepare order for shipment.

Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.

Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve order and customer issues.

Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Able to communicate with clients in Bahasa Cina & Malayu, English is a plus.

Able to work Immediately.

Experience in warehouse, customer service, or after-sales service is a plus.

Basic computer skill.

Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented and reliable.
