Job summary

BEIXIA, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a warehouse staff in Selangor, Malaysia. You will perform basic warehouse operations, manage returns, prepare shipments, and receive stock while coordinating with teams to resolve orders and customer issues.

We value reliable, detail-oriented individuals with good communication and problem-solving skills who can start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bahasa Cina & Malayu proficiency is preferred, English a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Cina & Malayu, English is a plus.
• Able to start immediately.
• Experience in warehouse, customer service, or after-sales service is a plus.
• Basic computer skill.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic e-commerce warehouse operations.
• Handle product returns, exchanges, and after sales requests.
• Prepare order for shipment.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve order and customer issues.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.
