Sunway Multicare Pharmacy is hiring for an E-commerce Customer Service & Operations Support role in Malaysia. The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Brand.com, manage disputes and appeals, and oversee product listings and expiry checks.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Strong English writing and organizational skills are essential, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work Saturdays (half day).

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good attention to detail when handling orders and product checking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Brand.com).
• Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product and order information.
• Manage marketplace disputes and appeals; monitor progress.
• Oversee returned parcel management and liaise with warehouse/ops teams.
• Upload and maintain product listings across platforms; ensure accuracy.
• Perform monthly expiry checks on e-commerce inventory.
• Assist with daily e-commerce operations and related admin tasks.
