Job summary

Alpro Pharmacy Sdn Bhd is seeking an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage daily online store activities in Seremban, Malaysia.

You will oversee product listings, pricing, stock updates, and order monitoring, while planning promotions and campaigns with the marketing and design teams to drive traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or digital marketing.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of AI tools and basic Chinese is an added advantage.
