Publicis RE:SOURCES (GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES) in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic eCommerce Executive to drive Shopee and Lazada campaigns, manage budgets and track performance across daily, weekly and monthly cycles. You will also develop monthly media plans and deliver clear, actionable insights from data.

The role requires 1–2 years in eCommerce, strong English communication, and a detail-oriented approach to optimize campaigns and reporting for regional markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in marketing, business, IT or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in an eCommerce role; regional experience a plus.
• Strong data analysis and market research capabilities.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution of e-commerce strategies on Shopee and Lazada, including campaign setup, budget pacing and performance optimization.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly and monthly trackers and dashboards to monitor KPIs across campaigns.
• Conduct post-campaign analysis to derive consumer insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Develop monthly media plans aligned with client briefs and marketplace priorities.
• Coordinate with marketplace reps to secure participation in promotions and maximize exposure.
• Ensure timely submission of all deliverables with accuracy and consistency.
