Samsonite International S.A. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an hands-on E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily online sales activities, returns, exchanges and refunds across marketplaces.

You will coordinate promotions, update product listings, pricing and promotions on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, and our monosite; support livestream campaigns and monitor performance with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling daily e-commerce operations and logistics.
• Ability to coordinate livestream campaigns and promotions.
• Proficiency in managing product listings, pricing, and stock across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day e-commerce operations and logistics-related matters, including managing return, exchange and refund cases.
• Ensure that promotional activities are properly executed, implemented on time and communicated to the relevant teams.
• Prepare and update product listings, pricing and promotions across online platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora, the company's monosite, and any other future platforms.
• Support and coordinate livestreaming activities across marketplaces, including the planning and execution of livestreaming campaigns to drive sales, customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Stay updated on livestreaming, social commerce trends, tools and platform features to identify opportunities to improve e-commerce performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product information, stock availability and visual assets are accurate and up to date.
• Monitor and record sales performance across all e-commerce platforms and provide regular updates and reports when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and resolve identified system issues or bugs.
• Ensure all online shops comply with marketplace policies, guidelines and requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.
