MySino Global Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Full-Time E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify channels. You will oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and campaign execution to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in e-commerce operations, hands-on experience with backend systems, and strong analytical skills using Excel or similar tools. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.

Qualificações

• Diploma or above in any relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in e-commerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop backend systems.
• Good understanding of platform advertising tools and online sales strategies.
• Strong Excel and/or Lark skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
• Handle listings, content updates, pricing, and inventory management.
• Plan, register, coordinate, and execute major platform campaigns and promotions.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to improve revenue and conversions.
• Monitor ads across Shopee Ads, Lazada Ads, and TikTok Ads for ROI.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic trends, product performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with livestream, content, marketing, and warehouse/fulfilment teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Ensure all stores are updated, maintained, and compliant with platform policies.
• Take ownership of assigned e-commerce channels and meet targets.
