Gadget communication pte ltd is seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to independently build and manage our online product catalogue on WordPress/WooCommerce. The role requires setting up categories, variations, pricing, and preparing product images while ensuring consistency across all channels.

The position is a fully remote 3-month contract in Malaysia with potential conversion to a long-term role based on performance.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product pricing.
• Basic Canva/image editing skills.
• TikTok Shop/Shopee/Lazada experience is an advantage.
• Experience with consumer electronics or mobile phones is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update product prices and inventory.

• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all online channels.
• Add new products and update existing products independently.
• Gradually support additional marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada when required.

E-commerce Operations Executive(3-Month Contract, Remote)

We are a Singapore-based mobile phone retailer looking for an independent and hands-on E-Commerce Operations Executive to build and manage our online product catalogue.

Our WordPress/WooCommerce website is already developed, but the product catalogue is currently empty. Your first priority will be to independently set up and upload our mobile phone products and turn the website into a fully operational online store.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on WordPress/WooCommerce
• Set up product categories, variations, storage capacities, colours and pricing
• Source and prepare suitable product images and product information
• Perform basic image editing using Canva or similar tools
• Maintain and update product prices and inventory
• Manage product listings, pricing and inventory on TikTok Shop
• Maintain a master product and pricing database using Excel/Google Sheets
• Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all online channels
• Add new products and update existing products independently

Working Arrangement

Fully remote / Work From Home in Malaysia

3-month contract with possibility of conversion to a long-term position based on performance

Salary

Salary: RM3,500-RM4,000 per month

This is primarily an e-commerce operations role, not a digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with products, pricing, inventory and e-commerce platforms.

Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate their practical experience in managing e-commerce product listings during the interview.
