Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders, returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with inventory management and stock control, including monitoring stock levels and placing replenishment orders
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Support the creation and updating of product listings and marketing content on our e-commerce platforms
• Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
