Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a warehouse and e-commerce operations support staff to manage daily inventory movement, stock monitoring, allocation, and transfers. You will coordinate closely with stores and the e-commerce team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

The role requires a minimum SPM, own transport, good English communication, and the ability to work independently and under pressure, including extended hours during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
• Possess own transportation.
• Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movement, including stock monitoring, stock allocation, and stock transfers.
• Support daily e-commerce sales operations and monitor unpicked or missed orders through the POS system.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and operational processes.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth coordination between stores and the e-commerce team
