Serapod Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Admin to support daily e-commerce operations from Bandar Perda Jaya. The role involves handling orders, inquiries, invoicing, shipping, and stock updates, requiring accuracy and a collaborative mindset.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office, capable of working independently or as part of a team, and possess experience in e-commerce or administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain data integrity.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer orders through e-commerce platforms.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, TikTok, Shopee, and related platforms.
• Assist in managing orders, invoices, shipping, and parcel tracking.
• Update order and stock information in the system or Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Assist with administrative tasks and daily e-commerce activities.
