Job summary

CVista HR Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an E-Commerce Assistant in Damansara to support daily online order processing across platforms like Wordpress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and Amazon.

You will manage inventory, respond to customer inquiries, monitor reviews, coordinate packing with logistics, and upload SKUs while assisting with price adjustments and promotions. A fast-paced, detail-oriented team player is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of e-commerce or related experience.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Energetic, fast learner, responsible, self-motivated, and discreet with confidentiality.
• Team player with good interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Administration and processing of online orders on platforms (Wordpress, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Amazon).
• Manage inventory to avoid stock-outs and overselling.
• Daily monitor and respond to customer inquiries across platforms.
• Monitor product reviews and reply to queries to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate packing and shipping arrangements with Logistics.
• Upload and maintain SKUs on the e-commerce platform.
• Support Management with strategic online initiatives and promotions.
