Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a responsible Retail & E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support online orders, warehouse processes, inventory management, and daily retail store operations.

You will handle order processing across platforms, stock checks, packing, and in-store support. Training is provided; prior experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus, and you should be comfortable physical tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, warehouse, or e-commerce operations is an advantage, but training will be provided.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to perform physical tasks such as lifting, organizing and moving stock.
• Detail oriented and proactive in daily operations.
• Comfortable processing orders and coordinating with warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other online platforms.
• Print order slips and shipping documents and ensure accurate packing.
• Pick and verify products according to customer orders and prepare parcels.
• Assist with packing during peak periods to ensure timely dispatch.
• Inspect, organize, label and store stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and perform regular stock counts.
• Assist with daily operation of the retail store and cashier duties when required.
• Support customers with product inquiries and maintain displays.
• Carry out other duties assigned by supervisor and follow SOPs.
